At Glowen, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 90-day return policy for our physical products, including our 2-in-1 lymphatic facial contour brush with Gua Sha, valid worldwide from the date you receive your order.

✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • Has a manufacturing defect;
  • Arrives damaged; or
  • Is incorrect or different from what you ordered.

For hygiene and personal care reasons, used, opened, or handled products cannot be returned unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect, arrive damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

🚚 Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will review the case and provide the appropriate solution according to our policy and applicable law.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products without a manufacturing defect;
  • Opened personal care products without a confirmed defect;
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions;
  • Items returned without prior authorization;
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
